Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Finally Give Birth To Twins!

Congrats to Mariah and Nick as MiMi finally popped the twins out!

The couple's baby girl was born first, weighing 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and measuring 18 inches long...The baby boy was next, at 5 pounds, 6 ounces, and 19 inches. The diva delivered at an unspecified hospital in Los Angeles.

No word on names just yet. What would you name Mariah and Nick's kids?

Nick Cannon Writes Letter To Eminem Declaring War....SMH

We're guessing the baby on the way just isn't enough publicity for Nicki Cannon....

In a post on his blog, Nicki Cannon wrote,

“(Eminem is) still obsessed with my wife, the same female that wouldn’t let him get to second base from 8 years ago.”

Cannon called Eminem “Slim Lamey” and offered him a challenge, writing,

“Man to man, let’s meet up and deal with this like adults… This is my invitation to you, whenever and wherever you like, sir. So when you come out of your introverted hiding place and ask your bodyguards if you can go out and play by yourself, I’m here Pimp!”

And he further teased Eminem by stating,

“Your legacy has now been tainted from this day forth! You will now be known as the rapper who lost to corny-ass Nick Cannon!”

The angry post was later removed, but Cannon isn’t finished with making fun of Eminem and plans to make the rapper the butt of his jokes during his comedy special.

A spokesman for Showtime says,

“In his first-ever comedy special, the popular comic actor and musician reveals surprisingly edgy, hysterically honest tales of his failed attempts at being a gangster, his humble roots, marriage, fatherhood and his thoughts about the rapper Eminem.”

Mariah Carey Shows Off Her Belly On Cover Of Life & Style (PHOTOS)

Last week, Mariah Carey shared a photo of her pregnant belly on Twitter...


and this week she shows it all off on the cover of the new Life & Style magazine, which hits newsstands this Friday.

She tells Life & Style,

"I was feeling very vulnerable about taking pictures at all right now, but then I didn't want to miss this opportunity to document this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

"My ultimate goal was to share this incredibly personal moment with my true fans."

Mariah's expected to deliver twins - a boy and a girl - within the next few weeks; and she even spent her birthday, March 27th, in the hospital experiencing contractions. That turned out to be a false alarm though; however the babies were very active during mom's photoshoot!

"The babies were kicking almost the entire time; it was unbelievable...

"Especially the girl - clearly she's a diva in training! We didn't start shooting until 1:30 a.m. because I was in the hospital from the night before until the day of the shoot with contractions five minutes apart!"

"I thought I couldn't love Mariah more, but I have a whole new appreciation and admiration for her,"

says hubby Nick Cannon.

The couple are very excited about the upcoming birth, and have spared no expense on a lavish nursery, featuring 18-carat gold trim and ivory walls. The twins will each have diamond-encrusted iPods and a flatscreen TV that drops down from the ceiling.

Mariah adds,

"Now I have so much respect for mothers everywhere, especially those who've had difficult pregnancies or given birth to multiples. We need to have Mother's Day once a week!"

Mariah Carey Pregnancy Scare!

Mariah Carey is almost ready to pop her twins out but not quit yet! MiMi rushed to the hospital this morning (March 27, 2011) because she was having contractions and she still took time out to tweet,

"They almost came on 3/27- happy anniversary in deed!!! We have a few more weeks 2 go but- wow!!!: ) #soreadyallready!"

Mariah was so flustered she called today her "anniversary" when it is really her birthday!

Beyonce, Usher, Mariah & More Paid Millions To Perform For Gaddafi Family (VIDEO)

Last year, we reported that Beyonce was paid 2 Million to perform at party hosted by Muatsim--Billah Gaddafi, who is a family member of those who support terrorist acts. According to documents obtained by WikiLeaks, several other of the hottest pop stars in the world such as Usher and Mariah Carey were paid extravagant amounts to perform for members of Moammar Gaddafi's family as well.

Gaddafi's son, Muatassim, Libya's national security adviser, hired Beyoncé and Usher to perform at his New Year's Eve party in St. Barts. Gaddafi's other son, Seif al-Islam el-Gaddafi, allegedly paid singer Mariah Carey $1-million to sing four songs at last year's New Year's part in St. Barts.

Reports say that the United States welcomed Gaddafi's regime during the Bush administration as an ally in the war on terrorism, these pop stars are being criticized for accepting money from a violent and oppressive regime.

It is not uncommon for pop stars to be hired to perform at private events, but it could be argued that performing for the Gaddafi family and taking their money could be construed as condoning the family's actions and politics.

Terrorists performance or not, it's still 2 MILLION DOLLARS.......right?
