A girl always loves a surprise...

Selena Gomez played a show on Sunday night at the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa, California. And mid-concert, her fans got a big surprise as Gomez's boo, Justin Bieber, took the stage.

Bieber even took to Twitterto tell Gomez that he thought she did a great job onstage.

"Had a #greatnight and surprised the people. felt good to be on stage. nothing
is changing that. #REAL,"

he wrote.

"@selenagomez u did great tonight. proud of u."

"TWEET OF THE WEEK": It's Been A Rough Week For Selena Gomez...

Selena Gomez has been having a pretty tough week and it's been trending on Twitter all week long!


Selena was rushed to the hospital this week after her appearance at the Tonight Show......these photos are of her leaving the hospital days later.



But what happened? Here's the run down of Selena's week...

Fans started trending “Poor Selena” on Twitter when she was made fun of this week at the MTV Movie Awards about her relationship with Justin Bieber. Then she was later hospitalized after an appearance on The Tonight Show.

After her performance on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Selena was taken to an LA hospital and is reportedly underwent tests. She cancelled her show the next day that was supposed to be at Santa Monica Place, an outdoor mall in LA.

But when Justin tweeted,

"#getwellselena"

Some fans thought pregnancy...some said food poisoning.....

Twitter went in a frenzy!

Justin Bieber Takes Selena Gomez Home To Meet The Fam! (PHOTOS)

These two have been seen kissing all around the world lately and this time they hit up Toronto, Canada to get cozy with Justin's fam!

Justin proudly introduced Selena to his father and siblings during an outing to a park, and according to onlookers, they looked to be getting along quite well.

"The little kids took to Selena straight away and they were all laughing and joking around. They couldn't have been happier,"

said a source.

Earlier in the week, Selena and Justin were seen with Selena’s family at Pappasito’s Cantina in Arlington, Texas.

Their server told press,

“Justin and Selena were with a group of about 18 people at Pappasito’s Sunday night. It was a family outing. Selena’s mom and step-dad were there, along with her cousins and friends — and Justin’s manager, who paid the bill. Everyone seemed to be having a great time.”\

Getting one of the loudest ovations of the night, Justin Bieber scored himself 6 Billboard Awards including "Top New Artist of the Year" on Sunday night.


He thanked his mom, whom he kissed before taking to the stage – right after he kissed Selena Gomez, who was sitting next to him in the audience.



Justin was among others winners like Taylor Swift who was named Album Artist of the Year and Beyonce was presented the Billboard Millennium Award.
